The website should feel intelligent, experimental and premium without becoming conventionally corporate. Its visual language combines warm off white, deep charcoal and near black with acid green #B8FF2C, electric cyan and restrained flashes of hot pink and vivid orange. Oversized contemporary typography, asymmetric layouts, editorial collage, diagrams, working notes and tactile interventions should make the site feel like a live system being examined, questioned and improved.

MβB helps organisations understand how their talent systems actually work, identify where performance can be strengthened, build better structures and capability, and turn thinking into practical delivery. The positioning is not centred on fixing “recruitment problems”. It is about continuously improving the systems, decisions, behaviours and infrastructure that shape talent outcomes.

The core site should include Home, The Beta Test, What We Do, What We Build, Thinking, About and Contact.

The homepage should establish MβB immediately as a different kind of talent consultancy, using bold statements such as “WHERE BETTER BEGINS”, “WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY KNOW?” and “ACTIVITY ≠ OUTCOME”, supported by the core MβB loop: UNDERSTAND → BUILD → DELIVER → UNDERSTAND.

The Beta Test should act as the principal entry point into the MβB methodology: a structured diagnostic that interrogates assumptions, evidence, system maturity and performance before decisions are made.

Primary calls to action should favour language such as “Explore The Beta Test”, “See What We Do” and “Start A Conversation” rather than generic consultancy terminology.

The overall experience should feel confident, intelligent, tactile and slightly disruptive: a consultancy that questions what is accepted by default, combines standardised principles with individual application, and leaves clients with capability that outlasts the engagement.
